Erasmus KA103 Model grant agreement for Erasmus studies and/or internships in the countries of the programme Each grant agreement is based on the general conditions and specific contractual arrangements applicable according to the action and the project. Depending on the nature of the action, grant agreements may take the form of agreements with single beneficiaries, the applicant being the sole beneficiary, or agreements with several beneficiaries in which all the consortium`s partner organizations are beneficiaries of the agreement. The agreement on several beneficiaries is signed by the coordinator, who is the only point of contact for the national or executive agency. However, all other organizations involved in a project (recipients) sign a mandate to assign the coordinator the responsibility of playing the role of primary beneficiary. As a general rule, each partner`s mandates must be assigned to the applicant during the application phase. If these warrants are issued at a later date, they must be made available by the time the grant agreement is signed. Exceptionally, each organization participating in a selected project will sign, under strategic partnerships using the “school exchange partnerships” format, a separate grant agreement (single-recipient) – especially for its share of the grant – with the National Agency established in its own country.
